Temporary Cinema Screen

According to the planning application, it was withdrawn. I'm guessing they changed their minds but who knows.

Oh, but really what would it be used for in the first place? Like an outdoor cinema would be cool but it would have to open after park hours; people wouldn't want to spend an hour and half watching a film, wasting their already short day at the park. But saying that, it could be a separate attraction that is just being held at the park, not really related to it much.

There was a fad a few years ago for big screens being set up at local sports clubs and the like and families could go with picnics etc. There is a problem that you need it to be quite dark and then you sort of lose some appeal because of temperature and the impact on kiddiewinks and bedtimes. But you could run a really cool event with the right movie and get cosplayers etc turning up.

A Rocky Horror night could be amazing.
