I thought I start a new topic as the area is now finished.

Think just a fence and gate to go round the area.

The play area looks great. I know a few people who were disappointed with this but actually I think a playground in this area is something Drayton needs and it will serve them well long term. Looks similar to some of the play structures they have at Paulton’s Park.

Play areas are a great idea in Parks. Every child in a play park is not queuing for a ride and it gives parents a chance to sit down. I think this will be really popular and a great choice to help break up the day / reduce queue times elsewhere

Also if u think about it:
Shockwave 1.4m
Stormforce 10 1.3m
Maelstrom 1.3m
Air race 1.2m
Wave swinger maybe 1.2m
Rapids 1.1m with a adult 1.3 or 1.4m on there own so kids up to 1.3m tall will be able to use it while older family members can enjoy the rides listed above.

That’s also having lighting added and a fence added around the area

I wonder if Air race will have the same design fence put round it.

Highly doubt it, but that would be very nice and would make it look much nicer.

Think it needs work doing to it as it’s the only attraction which currently doesn’t look like it’s part of adventure cove.

Not happy with all the rides in the area for 1.2m tall they could have added more playground items for the under 4’s the only outdoor playground he could go round on his own was by Terence driving school
