My kids’ review was that they liked it dropping down but were disappointed that there were no animatronics or much really happening other than the bubble ms around the sub in the middle. They enjoy In the Night Garden / Fairy Tale Brook so I see where they are coming from.

No lighthouse or Harold, maybe more to come?

How long were quee
We got there for the opening
We queued for roughly 2 hrs with some downtime for 2 goes on it.
It don’t help there’s 3 queues (stand by, Fast pass and Disabled) They loaded 1 from standby then 1 from fast pass and then 1 from Disabled and then went back to the standby queue.

That changed by the afternoon. We went back for a 3rd ride before leaving and they was loading one boat from the easy access (they had merged the easy access and fast pass line and didn’t separate the two ) and then loaded 5 boats from the normal queue. Yesterday was a little chaotic.

There was some angry guests moaning while we were in the standby queue. A couple of guests in the fast track queue was moaning they had to queue around half hour when they paid extra to jump the queue.
When they do get round to finishing the ride as you can tell by the temporary queue line they need some sort of games like they have in the night garden queue line to keep the kids happy as my daughter was ok with queuing as she liked the new sound track but my son kept trying to sit on the floor as he was bored but I couldn’t let him as it was wet. With the other Thomas land rides designed that you only waiting a couple of cycles when the normal queue line is full. A lot of planning hasn’t gone into this ride and letting adults just to ride on they own with no kids really slowly the queue down.
