I am surprised they have never done anything with that as it is quite a decent space.
I don't know whether directly owned by the park now or still under ownership of the Bryan family but the state George & Veras house has got in to is a shame really. Colins house on the left still nicely being maintained and then their house on the right seems to have just been left to overgrow/rot away.

When I looked over it I saw a river and an old wall with like an sign with nothing on it

Just before Looping took over, there was talk about penguins coming here. But it never came to anything.

I thought it was part of the park due to it being all water and open glass, there was also some old signs which had faded. I wonder why they got rid of it
