Yeah, it definitely needs something. Looking at that photo, I think the ivy on PA needs a trim, although I think it might be structural now!

I like it, but I don't like the previous blue paint on the inside of the queue, I feel it all needs to be grey, the grey and blue don't go well together at all. I'd like to see some plants added, maybe some palm trees even to give it a more Caribbean feel? The flower beds need some thing planting in them, as it looks bland and unfinished without. Some pirate audio around this area would also be awesome.
Audio while the ride was in motion would be good but think if Pirate Adventure replacement isn’t gonna be pirate themed I would like to see it rethemed and the bumper cars to suit a under water city theme.
Jolly Buccaneer and The Burger Kitchen have seen the rockwork in the queueline and around the planters repainted to look much more realistic, this is a great job! I think this has really improved the look of them both, and is something that was needed. I'd love to see the blue wall inside the Jolly Buccaneer queue painted with a similar finish.
I still hate that outside seating area it really lets the area down.
The queue line was always nearly full on Sunday with the social distancing markers in place and you can see some of the bricks still on the walls queue line.

Could be the type of theme they going for as part of the re-theme of that area.
There's a Nail sticking out of the fence. Earlier in the season a jobsworth ride op wouldn't let me take my crutch on. Sods law, the ride ended at the furtherst point from the exit! I had to hold on the fence to make my way to the exit. Just before the exit I felt a scratch on my hand. I stopped and noticed the nail. Thankfully it didn't break the skin - 'twas just a scratch!
Joking aside, this is serious.
Not everyone is like me. There are people out there that could completely take the mick with this. 5 figure compo, plus 6 figure fine from the HSE.

Have you reported this to guest services / did you speak to them on the day? The team there are usually pretty good at flagging this stuff with maintenance
It's been there all season. When I first noticed it I thought nothing of it. I just assumed that that's how theme parks operate now?
I forgot all about until the weekend before last. There were two ride techs stood within inches of it! I assumed they had noticed it and were doing something about it. Nope! They were just there to tell peeps that the Dodgems (opposite) were closed that day. :-(
To be honest, it's not my job to inform DM about potential safety issues. Surely they pay people to lookout for things like this?
