2019 Developments

Biggest problem they got is when Splash Canyon was built for the 1993 season they also put the footings in and the station in for Shockwave.
The foundations for the station (and concrete footings around the Splash Canyon layout for where Shockwave was going to be) were done in late 1992, but the actual full construction of the timber station was done just after the 93 season ended alongside the welding of track pieces.
The Splash Canyon buildings including the pumping station, Splash queue line buildings, fog tunnel and mining animatronics were all built for the grand opening ft Noel Edmonds.

By the looks of it, we aren't getting much for the 2019 season in terms of new rides or attractions, however many rides and buildings have had some work done to them.

A lovely new well has reappeared adjacent to the Thomas Land Entrance. A welcomed addition and a nod to the past, additions like this are fabulous!

Some people may recognise this from a former park attraction... Look at the weathervane at the top for a clue.

What’s the Wi-Fi like during the half term event?
Have they upgraded the signal as the only place I could get it was in the indoor play area. My network and internet is quite poor in Tamworth so the wi-fi helped with live park updates
