Wild West Shoot out needs a refurb many effects not working and they only run 3 cars when it has 13 I believe.

Accelerator can be left for now the queue is still well themed
 
I asked on Friday why it was only on 3. They said with the amount of time it takes for the carts to go around 4 carts at any 1 time is enough.
It did start with 4 at the start of the day but the guns didn’t work so they took it off. I asked if if the carts are still maintained behind them doors and he said it’s just a storage area now and that 2 carts are on the circuit they hidden behind the scenes now but you can see them clearly in the original ride design
Also when you enter the haunting queue line that building behind the big gates was built in 2018 and that’s the maintenance building and there’s 2 cars in there. There was originally 8 on the circuit but 1 used for spares.
 
With this year being Drayton Manor 75th anniversary could we see every month celebrate a different time period like the 50's, 60's and 70's. Leading up to an announcement by the end of the year what they do in the future this would be a clever to get people to remind of the past whilst looking to the future as well

We have seen that happen to a degree already - April's weekends all had a different theme to the parties (60's, 70's and 80's etc)

Lets see what they do - They have a tendancy to add things.
I wouldn't be surprised if the firework shows after May have a 90's - 2000's theme (As I believe the May ones are 80's )
 
Don't forget this weekend the May Bank Holiday fireworks will be happening!

I’m not gonna bother after watching them in 2023/2024 in the light.
Sunset tonight is 20:37 and it takes between 30-60 mins for the sun to totally go down.
Like the 1’s planned for the end of the month will be even worst with sunset been
21:19.

For future information for sunset times:
3rd May 20:37
4th May 20:39
31st May 21:19
5th July 21:31
2nd Aug 20:57
31st Aug 19:57

Imagine if they had planned to have fireworks in June it would be past 10pm on longest day on the 21st June with sunset been at 21:34.
 
Fireworks were better than expected. Park had a great atmosphere and still a decent crowd at 9pm - which shows there is an appetite for later openings. Also great they kept food outlets open (Pizza etc) as in the past they closed early on late opening nights.

Quite a few “influencers” and “vloggers” in the park. It’s interesting how many of those are using Easy access though - not fast pass. Not sure if that’s arranged with the park - I know some of you are on here, so not judging, just curious if the park have made arrangements?

No arrangements made, they may have purchased Fast Passes or been easy access users :)
