Didn’t think it would happen this soon but my kids have outgrown most of Drayton now sadly, they are only 9 and 6! The Wave opened them up to thrill rides such as Wickerman and Mandrill Mayhem etc, so the Merlin pass has been brilliant for us. With lots of Christmas based activities included in that, such as at Towers or Warwick Castle (closer to home). Such as shame as Drayton is out closest park, but with Access changes and their ride demographic changes, I doubt we’ll renew our now expired passes after 6 years

Some sad news coming out of the Wales ape and monkey sanctuary where Toto the chimpanzee retired to after he left Drayton in 2016

There is a big problem in Fazeley due to flooding everytime there is a significant rainfall like this morning. A few other businesses including the Plough were flooded according to their social media channels.

I’m in the park now good news the website is false advertising it’s open till 5pm

Some schools are back today but most are back on Thursday and Friday.
Having the park closed mid week from next week to the start of the October half term holidays will help with the ride maintenance and to do jobs round the park and zoo.

Is it now closed until the weekend the website says yes but it also said it was today

The opening times said it was open today till 4 calendar said closed all day in park open till 5

Any idea if its open tomorrow my daughter doesn't go back until next week and she was asking to go when I looked originally Callander was saying closed so took her to paultons but she still asking to go she loves drayton think its because of the wave the joys of having a 5 year old autistic child who loves rides and drayton has 1 that goes upside down and she loves that

No it’s Friday and weekends for a while now till half term and October is weekends only till half term

I see the River Rapids are now closed to 2027. I wonder it’s gonna be refurbished as only been 5 years old it is in a bad shape and can’t be down to been a water ride as it’s still quite warm and Storm force 10 is still open
