I am having a problem buying discounted friends and family tickets for the February half term, i have followed the instructions but it is not working and saying “no benefits found” I am confused am I doing something wrong as there seems to be no actual “Annual pass number” that I can find on my gold pass. There is a product number and an identifier number but nothing labeled “annual pass number” or is it that I cannot get a discount for the February half term tickets?
