General Passholder Discussion

I'm quickly losing my patience with the park at the moment. Do I need to pre-book as a passholder still? and if so, where do I find my annual pass number to do so. Every code or number I have over 4 passes doesn't work or register and the help on the website is useless.

We did it on opening day and been 3 times since and they just scanned our annual passes.

My sons pass has expired on the 10th August and I been on the website to renew and cause it was brought last year they should have send me a email back in March but got nothing in my inbox or junk.
