Yet another thrill ride not open today but looks look after its repaint and still looks more needs to be done.

I wonder why it wasn’t open today - it was open on Monday. I think it closed towards the end of the day, I’m guessing it must have broken down and still hadn’t been fixed.

It will most likely either be the spindle or the drive motors.
Happy with that it’s open. Hope to get on it over the bank holiday weekend.
I wonder if it’s to do with staffing and they down to the minimum operates who can operate the ride with the others on Holiday or having to self isolate and they have to close the ride while staff can have there required break.
Maelstrom had new signage and finally had that last light replaced Shame it don’t match the others. Also I wonder why they didn’t paint the control booth to match the other bit.
Good to see maelstrom lighting around it and on the sign working again. They had major flooding problems this morning with all the drains full so they were pumping it all out to get the ride out for roughly half 2
More Winter Maintenance
Not sure why this was here
Somewhere to store it for easy access I would assume.
Maybe they removed the motors for servicing and that’s the easiest way to take them down.
They replacing all the wood on the exit ramp and round the sides of the station.
