Mistake on purchase of Annual Passes

I have just purchased 4 Gold Annual Passes on the website. There was no instructions to help when it came to assigning them to an account. As I am the only one with a Drayton Manor account I assigned them all to my account thinking I would then get the chance to assign them to each of my family and add photos extra. But no, now I have 4 Gold Passes all allocated to me and am unable to amend them. I have emailed Drsytln Manor to see if they can help. Does anyone know if they would be able to amend this at all as I am really worried I have messed up big and it is alot of money.
 
I'm not really sure, my advice would be either wait for them to reply to your email, which can take up to 10 days, or go to the park as and when you plan on doing so next and go to the ticket/annual pass office at the main entrance and they will sort you out :)
 
They should be able to help you. My mum had annual pass that she just renewed. When my mum passed away shortly after, the amazing people that work in the gates for annual passes , was able to transfer it from my mum to my dad with no trouble. I have three separate passes for family members all linked to my account. I was able to register it in their name via the online portal. I’d highly recommend turning up to get it sorted x
 
Please reach out to the park or physically visit them at the gates, they''ll be able to sort this out for you easily :)
