Most missed ride?

What is your most missed ride and why?

Mine was the snake train it was where the 4D cinema and the haunting is now.
The entrance was roughly where the entrance of the 4D cinema.

Mine has to be Pirate Adventure. It was a fantastic ride and was one of the best themed dark rides in the UK.

I agree. I loved Pirate Adventure and it was really sad, when they just closed it without a word of warning!

Definitely pirate adventure for me it was probably the best dark ride the U.K. had.

I was also quite fond of the mini dragon coaster too b

Drayton have had a lot of flat rides over the years and my favourite was the Octopus ride. It was a very enjoyable ride which forced you into the sides of the carts as it spun. Was gutted it was removed in 1997 and replaced by a spinning balloon ride ( The same model James and the red balloon is)

It was better when it worked to its maximum speed and lift.
like in this picture

This is at its full height and speed but in its final few seasons the lifting arm was broke so only went round and up and down

Its surprising how much space the ride took up as the station,Queue line and most of the track fits on the same area with just the launch and the start of the backwards bit taking over the bandstand area.

I still find it amazing how they managed to fit accelerator or Ben ten on the former site.

Such a great ride that I remember so fondly. What restraints did Sombrero use, and where did it go?

Klondike was the first coaster I went on, so I was sad when that finally left the park, especially as I wasn't a fan at all of G Force!

Super Dragon in the kids area.

And Klondike was my first upside down coaster. It was rough to ride but I loved it.

I always liked the super dragon. I used to love the little tunnel it went through.

I be gutted if it’s gone as now my son who name is also Terence is just over 1m and he may not get to ride it and my daughter is too tall.
