Passholders have to prebook again

One of the worse changes! Any one want to guess the reason - saving costs on staff seems to be my only thought.

And the link they have shared doesn’t seem to work either.

Poor organisation as expected.
 
Yeah, not sure who’s feedback they’ve listened too and how it’s improving our Annual Pass experience. What a load of waffle and nonsense.

How can a brand new ticket system make an experience better when you literally just turned up before?
 
I finally found a link that worked - and it was painful. Each pass needs the full number keying in - case sensitive with dashes. The issue is with digital passes, th numbers are held on the same device so lots of awkward flicking back and forth.

Seems to be no way to save my pass numbers.
