I still dont understand it what so ever
Pretty much just a path next to the track for guests to walk along.
why does it say raised then?

but pretty much it's a little off the ground next to the track and will probably have a fence along it to stop people, well... you know...So just a tiny bit off ground and a fence so thomas can't run em over. Seems good to meView attachment 5377

Basically yeah I think that's what it is.
Oh I'm pretty sure that if someone did jump in front of the train that the train wouldn't be too badly damaged.
Where abouts was this taking?
By the hotel extended car park. The building was at the back of the toilet block.
So I found the 2 different Thomas engines. So the first one is the 2008 one who was a darker blue and had a gray coupling and grey lamp irons and here's a picture
And then there's the 2015 (I believe) thomas who was a lighter blue and had a red and black coupling and the correct black lamp irons
Both engines are still at the park but supposedly the 2008 one is in a maintenance and the newer one is the one in operation

We have a photo from 6 years ago with us sitting in the drivers seat on Thomas. Before the days of H&S , if you arrived first thing in the morning , you was able to pay a small fee to go through the gate to the turnstile for a show around on Thomas and a photo from the photo team. It’s such a cool photo that you wouldn’t see accessible today.
Thomas was by the Pirate adventure building but hard to take a picture
Percy looks like he isn't on the track but I dont know if he is or not

When the enter the park during the zoo days it’s by the the train line. This use to be the exit gate when the park was very busy.

I reckon management probably didn't even know it was there as I'm sure someone would want to buy that in the catalogue.
