Seems they are doing work to the enclosure maybe the well is becoming part of another nearby animal enclosure

The enclosure looks to mainly be finished and may be for the meerkats according to staff as apparently some meerkats escaped their enclosure and needed a new one. If not the enclosure looks modern and high standard maybe setting a new standard was still being worked on in the late afternoon aswell. More than likely for a smaller animal due to the lower barriers there is also some windows on the otherside aswell.
I think slowly but surely the park are investing a lot of money into the zoo over time at this point it's matter of time instead of if ever. This is potentially a turning point for the zoo because aswell as this there moving animals around, ripping out inclosures and reopening all the entrances to the zoo.
The Sea Lion and Penguin Enclosure need doing the most they are filthy not fit for either Sea Lions or Penguins
I wonder if the this news has made the looping group look up and take notice
