Do passholders get entry from 10am or is it 1030am like everyone else?
Also does anyone know if the passholder discount applies to the Thomas store too?

Same entry time as everyone else I'm afraid and the discount applies across the park
The only people who get into the park early are hotel guests and they get 30 minutes extra in Thomas land on select rides.Same entry time as everyone else I'm afraid and the discount applies across the park
We've just renewed for another year. My daughter was moody that she can't get any of the Diamond stuff despite having the more expensive Platinum pass. I couldn't really argue against her to be honest 
. I assume you don't get anything extra for it, but if anyone has recently renewed to Platinum, did you get anything extra or was it only for Diamond passes?

Unfortunately, there is nothing physical for the platinum "2 parks pass", the physical items were only for Diamond as a celebration limited edition pass.
Platinum however is the 2 parks so you get access to WMSP (Which you can't on Diamond)

I'm not sure that it will be an automatic renewal at the end of the season this year. WIll probably hold on to the cash and wait until something comes up.
Mine originally was at the start of the season but COVID put the end to that as it was originally extended from March 2020 to July 2021 then we had the 2nd lockdown and was extended again to November 2021 then with the park been closed most of November now it now expires just before Christmas.
Also on my Apple wallet it don’t even list the date they expire.

Not much good for loyal passholders who aren't due for renewal. Suspect to be honest they are poor selling hence the big push. Possibly wait till September and the merch will be on sale in the shops. Surprised they haven't offered existing passholders chance to upgrade

My Apple Wallet is full of tickets as I got my Annual pass on there, plus also my tickets/parking for Alton Towers and Thorpe park.
Even my plane tickets are sorted on there.
Parks are savings lots of money as they reduced the amount of staff needed.
