Probably a sign that they aren't planning on moving it back to the launch building anytime soon. there's a cover on it to most likely hide it from photos, staff were actively discouraging people to not take photos of it when it stalled the first time.
Clearly there is a flaw with that section maybe a slight increase in the launch going down the backwards drop might be an idea to resolve of course this design flaw lies with he manufacturer at fault

Garmendale van outside maintenance shed today some work going on to remove the tarp too, one of the trains is on the floor next to the launch building with part of its wheel assembly off.
It’s the launch out of the building that’s been the problem. They some how got to install some kicker wheels around that section of track so it can be neither taken back to the lift hill or back into the launch shed.
