If my pass is active, I will go potentially..
But at the moment I am in the dark there as the portal and my pass don't tell me when it expires. Time to email guest services

If you login to your account it lists when your passes run out

Transaction page shows the date of purchase - not when it expires. Pass expires 12 months after first use/scan of said pass. The page DOES NOT state expiry date.

See mine expired on the 31st December and I got to Friday to renew at the discount price.

Mine doesn't say when it expires either. We do have a carers pass which they initially put to the end of the year and I got an email about that expiring, so assume that will happen with our other ones. Such a dreadful website. It also has all our old passes on there as well which is confusing.

Mine doesnt On that page where yours has the date mine doesnt have it... Only shows the Identifier.

I think theres an issue with the system as a few people have reported it as an issue.

I've got the same issue, makes it an absolute pain trying to guess when it expires, They really should of fixed it.

I guess I'm lucky - I bought mine the day before I used it, so I know when it expires.

I'm gonna wait for the next sale before I renew my current pass. They did atleast 2 last year.

Renew for 90 or wait for 75. I know what i'm gonna do!

I renewal yesterday on the final day we could get 20% off our pass and got them for £80.99 each

Really think they should do quality over quantity with these, most of the time it doesn’t even feel like there’s an event going on unless you watched the stage show or some random signage.

Will The Haunting have a birthday event its 30 this year 2nd oldest Vekoma Madhouse

13th July is its 30th so it’ll be during the Western event. I doubt they’ll put on an event, it’ll be a tweet and maybe updated signage at a push.

Did anyone attend the K Pop Weekend? I was planning on going last week, but the weather was crap. It was almost freezing. This weekend is warmer, but it's likely to rain.

Oh, and no Dodgems. If/when the weather is bad then surely the Dodgems is the better low cost ride to operate?

Carousel is in use, but surely the Dodgems is more popular, and cheaper to operate and more popular for visitors?
