Thank you sorted it now.

Did I see an email about £10 Friend and Family tickets for a limited time? Seem to have deleted the email, but not sure I read it right anyway. Cheers

My passes are due for renewal tomorrow, I intend on renewing them tomorrow, it says on the passholder page that you have up to 30 days to renew, I've never renewed them before so forgive my silly question...does the the 30 day thing mean I can still use them for up to 30 days after the renewal date? What happens after the 30 days if you haven't renewed them?

thanks.

I was informed that as long as you re new within 30 days of it expiring it won’t become valid to 1st use at the gate.
My sons renewed in July but mine and my daughters doesn’t end to just before Christmas so won’t use it to at least March.

Hey Passholder,

We’re getting in touch with an important update about your Platinum Annual Pass.

As part of our ongoing improvements to the Passholder experience, the Platinum Pass will be retired on Thursday, 20th November 2025. Rest assured, your current pass will remain valid until your renewal date, and you’ll continue to enjoy all your existing benefits until then.

When it’s time to renew, you’ll be able to choose from our Silver, Gold, or our brand-new Ultimate Annual Pass. Your 10% renewal discount will still apply to whichever option you select.

Our new Ultimate Annual Pass includes all the perks of the Platinum Pass, plus even more - unlimited visits to Waterworld in Stoke-on-Trent*, unlimited mini-golf*, and a discount on their Adventure Mini Village.

The Ultimate Annual Pass will be available for £249, but as part of our Black Friday offers, we’re launching it at a special price of £199. If your renewal date is coming up, you can even use your 10% renewal discount on top of this offer.

We’ll be sharing the full details of our Black Friday deals soon, so keep any eye out.

Thank you for being a Platinum Passholder. We can’t wait to welcome you into the next chapter of our Pass family.

I have to say that is very expensive and is nearer to pricing point of a merlin pass. Can't see many taking that up. I suspect the gold passes will be going up soon given the price increases across the board and removal of benefits across the board. They are still advertising platinum passes at both parks, but suspect WMSP will follow suit.

I wonder if we see be winter wonderland in black friday as it is not selling well so I hear.

I did wonder about the new pass, unsurprising that a pass would be removed in favour of it though.~

Agree on the pricing being quite expensive there - We're on Gold for Drayton personally.

We live halfway between Drayton and Safari so won't be getting an Ultimate Pass. We've decided on the basic Merlin pass instead and will then downgrade our Drayton ones to Gold in May when they expire, if the price doesn't increase too much that is!

For what it's worth- those of us still on this years Gold Annual pass we have until spring next year!

I just wonder how much we'll be paying next year? Ho-Hum - I have until the 2nd week of May next year with my current pass. :)

Maybe this year will be my first AND last? I paid £99 back in May. Less than 2 weeks later they had a sale and it was £75. I wasn't happy with that!

As an aside, someone asked on FB about next year's schedule. Gemma replied that it wasn't available.

WRONG.

Sorry Gemma! Next years schedule has already inadvertently been published. See below:
They seem to be focussing on new customers with the offers and ignoring existing passholders. The new merlin I mean ultimate pass at £199 may be worthwhile but at £249 is very expensive. This has seen us go less preferring to go and do other things away from theme parks. We have till September so will make a decision then. Prices across the board have shot up this year with food being very expensive onsite. I think they may regret alienating the passholders with benefits reducing
