Maybe this year will be my first AND last? I paid £99 back in May. Less than 2 weeks later they had a sale and it was £75. I wasn't happy with that!

Did you speak to the park about the price difference? Usually theres a T&C clause where if a pass is bought between a certain timeframe on a product that you can get a refund of the difference. (I believe this is the case with a Merlin pass sale for example)

Im a new annual pass holder and trying to book for the first time for my parents to come with us. - where do i find my account number? I am putting in the number on the bottom of my annual pass ( from my apple wallet) and its saying invalid!

I did post on X. There was no reply. Speaking directly to DM is almost impossible. Email is still the only option. To be honest, I just took in on the chin, and stopped thinking about it. I still had a full season with over 30 visits, so I have no real right to complain! I got my money's worth in the end. :) (y)
 
The Government may have just increased next year's DM's wage bill by a significant amount.

I suspect that cost will be passed on to us.

I wonder if buying the Black Friday 13 month pass for £99 NOW will be cheaper than waiting for my current pass to expire in May and using the 10% renewal discount for next year?

I've read the t&c - It clearly states that passes are valid from the first scan not purchase - However there's no mention if there's a cut off point from purchase to first scan.

I can't be the only one that's wondering about this.

What to do, peeps?

If you can't pay your staff good wages then you are clearly not a good business. Also the Hospitality sector has had a permanent lower business rates

Does anyone know...

I have a 3 year old who will soon be 4. If I buy him an annual pass, can he still have a 2-3 annual pass or do I need to buy a 4+?

Yes you can still get the 3 year old pass as long as you use it for the 1st time before he turns 4. I got my sons 2 days before his 4th birthday and just showed his birth certificate as proof.
