My reservation last week worked fine I think - not sure though as we just scanned our main passAre the reservations working yet?
My last visit (28/3/26) The woman at the gate said they were updating the system and they just needed to scan my annual pass.
I've reserved for this weekend, just wanna know if the system has been updated yet?
Didnt have any issues making a reservation though

Annual passes are now available as monthly option. Works out £7 per month for gold with first payment £40 so £117 on annualised basis. When you take into account renew discount quite a bit more.
STILL not working. The staff don't know why either! They just scan passes and then take a photo of you.Are the reservations working yet?

Ours scanned with no issue, we just had to update our photo when we downgraded from platinum to gold.
Did you enter via the main entrance or the vikings/hotel entrance?
Interesting. When I was there Sunday the first thing I opened on my google wallet was the reservation qr code and it didn't scan. The woman said they weren't working yet. She then asked for my annual pass which scanned and she then took a pic of me and in I went.
New payment option for annual passes. It's very cash converters esque.
I've decided not to renew. I suspect this season is gonna be a bad one. These new payment options are just going to attract the wrong crowd.

the park haven’t done anything really for pass holders for a while. Only a few chosen few who tend to vlog seems to get benefits. Such a shame. Perks seem to be on their way out.
It would be lovely for the park to have more incentives for pass holders. Even an after hours event would be amazing , here and there in the year.

Agree that more passholder incentives would be nice - especially as they've been doing so many discount/free entry offers lately. Feels like passholders are being ignored a little in comparison.
We've only used our pass once this year for example and at the moment are unlikely to renew...

I feel they should at least offer 1 50% off ticket for waterworld and the saferi park( not amusement park bit)
They used to give us a free safari ticket each year. And pleasurewood hills.

yep...everything is aimed towards vloggers now.
I tell you what really annoyed me...last time I went, I saw a very well known vlogger prance into the guest services like they were royalty, no nimbus access card shown, and they just gave them a band so they could just get on the rides without waiting like the people that actually need them....insane.
Same day, saw a family and the parents were clearly getting annoyed with their performing monkeys..."No, weve already filmed our introduction, you know where we are and you know what area this is (vikings) I'm not going to keep telling you, I dont want to do multiple takes"
I bet that didnt make the cut into the vlog.

Just want to say, we make vlog & video content here at Drayton Talk and don't get preferential treatment at the park.. We wait in line & pay our way / hold passes (Unless specified with #AD / #Gifted content)
For example - when we did the Frontier Falls launch with Gold Rush, we entered the passholder ballot and that is how we got our invite.
