2025: General Discussion

The park in general is been very busy this season with the main car park full and they even filled the car park that’s usually used for the zoo but having rides closed, keep breaking down and long lines I very much doubt many of them will return. At least they decided to stay open to 6pm yesterday

Interesting to see what has been nominated from the park. Also interesting to see which which categories the park hasn't received a nomination in. hmmmm....

I did a bit of research as to who is behind these things and came across the pages on the judges. Maybe we could think of some alternative categories like, "Which UK Themepark awards judge would you least like to be stuck behind in an hour long coaster queue" or "Park with the most gratitous touting of fast pass" or "Best dealing with queue jumping"

Majority of rides closed at 5 today even though the ride closing time was advertised as 6 throughout the entire day with no prior warning, is this new? screams cost cutting to me.

Yesterday Thomas land rides closed at 6 then Adventure Cove, Vikings, some the coasters in Frontier falls area closed there queue lines at 8:15 and the rest of the rides queues closed at 9.

I’m giving the parks a miss this weekend heat and queues don’t mix.
Really do think they should have a splash zone added to Adventure Cove.
Always StormForce 10 to cool you off. Wish the toned up the rapids to full power and effects get the bucket effect working.

Could always use a nice long indoor water ride to keep cool

We popped in this afternoon for a few hours, I was fairly surprised at how quiet it was. Everything was walk on apart form the wave and gold rush was 30 mins.

The problem with that is my Son is only 1.16m tall so it’s gonna be 2027 to at least we can go on it and my daughter can’t go on it as she’s only 13 tomorrow

Absolutely full of wasps. The shed near cranky seems to be a hotspot. Can't see as many of the wasp catchers that they usually have hung up. Toilets by the Thomas land shop still closed as well
