Email guest services on this case I'd say.
The new system is unfortunately not very good and theres not much information/support past the lovely CS team.
I've had to email them because I don't have expiry dates anywhere on my pass page.
Much preferred the old system
Love that the crazy golf is back on the pass as we always use to do that

Cant recall but I'm sure they were on the website last year
Not sure when they ended, but I have seen on the website 'animal experiences coming soon, so maybe they are being replaced, but surely the saving of £2 per game of golf will outweigh the loss of the say £20 saving on animal encounters that you can't get (cough sarcasm). For the majority of passholder interested in the golf it is a bonus, not really a massive perk as the value is only £2
and the ball ache of having to walk up to the hotel to play the golf as well...
To be honest I've never been charged for the golf anyway.
I wonder if anyone owns a Silver annual pass. I can understand the blackout dates but parking really should also be included as even after 1 visit you would have paid more than a gold pass.
